Ms. Lou is a Founding Partner of Milestone Capital, responsible for the firm’s overall management, investor relations as well as deal sourcing and execution. Under her leadership, Milestone has successfully listed portfolio companies on NASDAQ, NYSE, and HKSE. Ms. Lou has been awarded China Best Venture Capitalists by Forbes China during 2006 – 2009. Prior to founding Milestone Capital, she was responsible for Merrill Lynch’s direct investment activities in Greater China. She also worked in the corporate finance division of Goldman Sachs in New York and Hong Kong. Ms. Lou received her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard College, where she was the recipient of the John Harvard Scholarship.
