I worked with clients in over 20 countries ranging from startups to Fortune 100. I helped them turnaround / deliver their most complex IT projects.

We help organizations deliver their most complex IT projects and programs; we help them improve their project, program and portfolio management maturity; coach them in Agile and other software development processes; help them manage their IT outsourcing relationships and improve their vendor management capabilities; and finally, we help them innovate.
We accomplish that through practical and effective combination of consulting, training, tools and people.

- Child Rescue (www.childrescue.org) is a non-profit organization dedicated to combating child trafficking, child slavery and child sexual exploitation. We organize and coordinate investigations and field operations to find, identify, and retrieve children victims of slavery, trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation.
