I build software, websites and apps. Some of which you probably used today.

I am an ex- developer, architect, project manager, CTO and CIO.

Now, I help my clients deliver business benefits from their IT investments.

I advise on various aspects of IT management. But my biggest strength and passion is building high-performance, innovative software teams and managing delivery of complex software projects.

I worked with clients in over 20 countries ranging from startups to Fortune 100. I helped them turnaround / deliver their most complex IT projects.

In numbers:
- Delivered IT projects of up to $150 million budget.
- Managed up to 250 staff.
- Implemented organizational improvements in groups of up to 4000 IT staff.
- Managed development and infrastructure for websites serving up to 600K unique visitors per day.
- Implemented process and QA improvements and achieved up to 50% reduction in time to delivery and up to 80% reduction of number of bugs.

Child Rescue (www.childrescue.org) is a non-profit organization dedicated to combating child trafficking, child slavery and child sexual exploitation. We organize and coordinate investigations and field operations to find, identify, and retrieve children victims of slavery, trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation.
